EXP Farming (Legendary Survivor)
Okay, So I have read about 100 posts on the subject. And No one has one clear answer. Now its possible that, that is just a result of their being no clear answer. But as the flow of the game changes daily, with updates and the discovery of new things. I thought I would ask this difinativley. As This title is a TIME consumer, and if you make a mistake, you loose it all.
Class: Necro, lvl 16, current build MM varient using Flesh golem.. have SS as well, often switch depending on area. Started Game In Nightfall's.
I have unlocked almost 100 percent of skills, with OTHER pve characters and PVP reward, so can run almost all builds. I am running through the game, for this title, with a friend. Who is in the same boat, running a Ranger, has access to most skills, though far fewer than Me.
Questions:
1) after reaching 20, or 10 dependant on some theories. Where is the best place to farm for Exp.
a) some people say, get to lvl 10 and go do Dwarven Boxing. (its is apprently relativley safe) and a fast way to lvl
b) others say worm farming is the safest and fastest way to lvl (outside of boreal station I believe) as they CANT get to you if you are ranged.
c) others say HFF (Hero Faction Farming) in factions is the way to go. You pay 100g make 150g a run, so you arent loosing money, and there is no way to die. however it requires getting to that point in factions.
d) yet another theory is to farm Jade Brother Hood Knights in Factions on HM.
The problem with all of this ( except boxing ) is that it requires for the most part getting to HM. Which Means you must beat a campaign. So with steady hands alot of patience and the occasional Zonning out to town. You can easily do that. I chose Night falls for many reasons. Its the fastest game to beat (IMO). And has the most elites to capture. Which are worth a ton of EXP and also a great way to lvl, from what Ive been told.
On a side not I have over 500 exp gain scrolls on my character. For when I do start truly FARMING something. And that should speed things up as well.
So if anyone has done this, HOPEFULLY someone has done multiple characters using diff Strats. Please let me know. And Any advice would be appreciated. The last character I tried this with, made it to rank 2 in survivor, but that died during a run, do to a lag spike. Which is unavoidable. But I have sence than added hot keys for closing, and I run in an expanded WINDOW mode. Basically full screen but it shows my TASKBAR at the bottom. For quick rightclick closes, as a last resort.
Thank you all in advance. And please dont respond with the following.
1) Spelling, Grammer Correction. I type fast, and it is my belief that this is not homework, or a published paper. If you can read and understand it, than it did its job.
2) links to Wiki or other threads (on the same topic) unless they are TRULY on point with my questions. I realize there are many threads, but each one ends up at a DIFFERENT Answer.

dont have to beat game on ur LS char to acess HM just get him to lvl 20 and if u started in factions or nf thats pretty simple on either of the mini islands....then just farm jade brotherhood thats wat i did on my monk. However i found getting run through tyria as a w/n and beating the dopple i then leech on 55/ss run in uw. sum(not alot) will allow u i just simply paid the entry fee and gave them all drops they asked for. That was pretty quik i did this till about r2 and half then farmed myself the rest using the simple triple chop cyclone axe build for trolls

Leeching, is not preferable to me. For a couple reasons.
1) it doesnt feel like "I'm" getting the title. And its boring.
2) Farming the UW, doesnt work towards other MAX titles.
I was Hoping to find a spot to farm, Where I am ALSO farming LB point's, or one of the other Point's needed for one of the many Other Maxable Title's.
Though I do seem to hear JADE BROTHERHOOD Knights, more than anything else. Are they truly that easy to farm? And are they safe?

A point of correction that was not entirely clear from your post: you don't need to beat a campaign on every character to access hard mode. You only need to beat it with one of your characters on that account for every character on that account to have access. In other words, use a non-survivor character to beat a campaign to give your survivor access to hard mode.
"Best" as you might predict is subjective. Dwarven Boxing in hard mode is lucrative, but more risky than killing snow wurms outside Boreal Station, which is extremely safe, but slow. If there was one true "best way" then everyone would be doing it (or else they would be wasting their time). What you need to figure out is what is "best" for you. I wouldn't choose a method simply because it works for others.
BTW, I like farming snow wurms outside Boreal Station because I can basically be half asleep and lagging six ways to Sunday and still not be at risk of dying. It's slow and painful, but then again, so is this stupid title.

when I obtained LS I got to lv 10 and did the boxing. its really fast and easy. there is a risk of losing it if your internet fails while your fighting(happen to me once). The only real exp scolls you would need are either lightbringer or the double exp for 10mins. a run shouldnt last no more than 10min once you get the hang of it.

Okay. I think I am going to get to lvl 20. From within Night falls. Shouldnt be much longer. And than go do Dwarven Boxing. It seem's to me that a mix of speed and safety is probably going to be more rewarding, than a simple out put of both. Thank you very much for you input. I will update the thread in a week or so, when I am finished. And I will try and add any tips or follys that I might have come across.

HM isn't necessary, it just makes things a whole lot faster.
The Captain Safetypants path to Legendary Survivor is dwarven boxing, as others have stated.
Get to level 10 in whichever campaign you like, then go to EoTN - you'll have the Journey to the North buff which means you'll have the HP of a level 20. Simply run from Boreal Station to Eye of the North (pick up the heroes along the way), then onto Gunnar's Hold.

yeah, quick up date guys
from lvl 0 to legendary survivor
Kilroys Boxing. NM
10 hours total time:
Thats with taking time to find a runner to Max armor ( I suggest starting in nightfalls, as the max armor can be reached Instantly with a 300g runner), getting to lvl 10 on my own through normal questing. Not to mention salvaging selling and organzing all the drops. This can technically be done much short.
As stated above I can gather 20,300 xp in under 6 minutes. Using tripexp scrolls "lightbringer". with the following gear.
* thunderfist brass nuckles (furious, 15^50, +30hp)
* brawlers Insignias on all armor,
* +50 health rune (not sure if this does anything or not, it doesn;t raise max life, obviously, but there may be an unseen boost).
notes:
* I have noticed that some classes natural armor boost (warrior, paragon) makes it easier, but even with my elementalit i was able to do this in 9 hours. and with my Paragon it was 8 hours 40 minutes. So I dont think it's was that big of a difference.
* You can also gather about 165 alcohol. 20 of which on average will be aged Dwarven ale, which are the STRONGER type alcohol's.
* You will recieve on average 20 Gold weapons of verying Requirements. The skins will for the most part be crap, but they make for good MOD farming, and some decent HERO weapons. If you aren't like me and feel the need to deck your heroes out with storm bows and destroyer shields . But there is a chance of a dropped "flaming dragon sword" and a really wicked awesome Shiled "something Aegies, its got a 3dimensional black hand on it. I honestly forget the name, and It's not that important for me to look, it up. I'm sure a troll will fill in the details for me.
* Dont forget to always have lockpicks, you can get SOME decent stuff from the chests, but MORE importantly, you can build LUCKY, UNLUCKY and TREASURE HUNTER tracks.
IN THE END, its the best choice for MANY reasons.. but the fact that it is the fastest and that you are able to gather 5 titles at once, is awesome. The titles are LUCK, UNLUCKY, TREASURE HUNTER, DRUNKARD, SURVIVOR. Not a bad idea.
well I hope this help's, in some small way. ALL oF these ideas are NOT mine, I am not taking credit, just CONSOLIDATING the thread with my own personel experiences. I have managed to get 3 characters to Legendary survivor in 5 days. NOT BAD considering I work for a living lol. But I DID dedicate a lot of time to this, but not nearly as much as I thought I would have to.

You can buy max armour as soon as you hit level 10 and go to the eotn. And though this isn't the fastest way to get survivor it is the safest. The fastest so far is killing brotherhood knights in hm which will get you r3 survivor in under 6 hours from start.

um yeah, you can. But you can also get it at LVL 1 in NF's. So that grind from lvl 1 to 10 is pretty much Full Proof. I mean if you wanna grind in noobie armor, or waist money on another set, your gonna use for 30 minutes, fine by me. But god for bid on lag spike hits and your out the time it took you to get to lvl 10, for me that was like 2 hours. Why risk it? besides the NF's Skins are the best drawn anyways, IMO.
ALSO farming JADE NIGHTS ON HM, requires more time than you think. Since to get to 20 in KC, would take how LONG? that 6 hours thing, YEAH thats after lvl 20.
10 hours MAX killroy is FROM CREATION OF CHARACTER, not From lvl 20.
Just saying.

Dwarven Boxing isn't the fastest way, but anything faster is much, much more risky. Dwarven Boxing has a risk:reward ratio that nothing in the game can match. It's not even close.

alot of ppl say it is...i tried it...after like, 3 hours of farming i died...and i wasnt even halfway to rank 2 (yes i used scrolls and HM)
so i dont suggest it...
i DO suggest Boxing...do the one with the stone summit, abandon quest, get it back and do it again over and over... and u cant REALLY die i tested it. i checked death count..let me hp get to 0 then spammed "STAND UP" and my death count didnt change...and if for some reason, u cant click it that much, log out ull be fine
use scrolls and HM...my friend got it that way its like just 7 hours of pure boxing from lvl 10 to LS

Took me 12 hours from 0 to legendary survivor using Kilroy Boxing, (Did afk for dinner a few times tho). Its great because theres almost no risk and you can get 60k in a 10min HM run. Also there are always 2 Locked Chests that you can get if you want to work on Treasure Hunter/Lucky/Unlucky/Wisdom titles while your at it.

No real point in abandoning it. You can take the reward ( with the XP and gold) and zone into Gunnar's Hold. It will let you take the quest again.

IMO the easiest way is to just hero / hench your way to Lutgardis and hero faction farm. Its painfully simple to flag henchmen to do your bidding. I've done it three times now and I can attest to the simplicity
